In our series of ten classes we will focus on the theme of boundaries, as a psychic immune system, that not only protects us but also has the ability to contain our energies. We will learn foundational boundary building skills that will ground us into our ever-deepening values, which we will then center much of our class workaround. 

We will explore psychic tools, rituals, mindfulness practices, and somatic body-based theory through experiential, personal, and group exercises. We will work with the energies of the winter to incubate vision, in spring we will plant our intentions, in summer we will manifest, and in the fall we will harvest.
